All the early groups not only deserve this, it shouldn’t even be in question. What do you expect from radio stations that want you to pay just to listen to them.
I save the money and buy the cd’s.

The problem with lawsuits like this is that radio stations are going to quit playing the oldies music that will prevent a whole new era of people from listening to this great music and becoming fans there has to be an amicable way to settle is between the artist and the radio stations to throw this music away over this I think is totally absurd… Come on guys let’s find a better way
many burned out and broke singers and writers on the verge of the poor house sold all they had and their hits and rights as well to get dollars to eat and pay bills and when they crawled from the music abyss they went and sued to get it all back b ut the courts say hey a deal is a deal is a deal so they could not prevail
